Age Restriction

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from Oz Smoke Express. By placing an order you confirm that you meet the legal age requirement in your state or territory. We reserve the right to cancel any order where age cannot be verified.

Products

All products sold on ozsmokeexpress.com are tobacco products intended for adult smokers only. All products are sold in Australian-compliant plain packaging with required health warnings. Product images are for identification purposes only.

Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability and payment confirmation. We accept bank transfer and PayID only. Orders will not be processed until payment is received and confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipping & Delivery

We dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery takes 2–5 business days Australia-wide. Free shipping on orders over $500. We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of tobacco products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@ozsmokeexpress.com with your order number and photo evidence.

Health Warning

Limitation of Liability

Oz Smoke Express shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
