Ordering & Payment

How do I place an order?

Browse our shop, add your products to cart, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your delivery details and place your order. You’ll receive an email with our bank transfer details. Once payment is confirmed, we ship your order within 24 hours.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfer and PayID only. After placing your order, transfer the total amount to our bank account using your order number as the payment reference.

How long does it take for payment to be confirmed?

Bank transfers are typically confirmed within 1–2 business hours during business days. PayID transfers are usually instant. We will email you once payment is received.

Delivery & Shipping

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery via Australia Post takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Do you deliver Australia-wide?

Yes, we deliver to all states and territories across Australia including NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, SA, TAS, ACT and NT.

Is packaging discreet?

Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents. Your privacy is our priority.

Do you provide tracking?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Can I order by the carton?

Yes, most products are available in both single packs and cartons (10 packs). Buying by carton offers better value per pack.
