Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Time
Once dispatched, delivery takes 2–5 business days Australia-wide via Australia Post. Remote and regional areas may take slightly longer.

We deliver to all states and territories across Australia including NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, SA, TAS, ACT and NT. Whether you are in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide or a regional area — we ship to you.
Shipping Rates
Standard shipping rates apply to all orders. Free shipping on orders over $500. Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this to track your delivery through Australia Post.

Returns Policy
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@ozsmokeexpress.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
Change of Mind
Due to the nature of tobacco products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please ensure you order the correct products before completing your purchase.
Lost Parcels
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate with Australia Post on your behalf.
